• Same-day reservations will only be accepted by phone.
• Reservations for the day before can be accepted until 16:00 the day before.
• Please be sure to contact the salon directly by phone to confirm, change, or cancel your reservation.
• Email confirmation may be delayed. （Reservation confirmation may be delayed, especially during store holidays.）

• Cancellation policy
  　If you need to cancel, you must give us at least one day's notice.
  　If you do not notify us, a 50% cancellation policy will apply.
  　Same day cancellations or no shows 100% will apply.
